Hello!
I am sorry I have been gone for a little while but I have been trying to change up some things on the blog, working with different templates, etc. instead of posting. I know, bad blogger! I wanted more of a Spring-ish, Summer-ish feel to it…and I am still considering other ideas and getting some help from other bloggers so who knows what my blog will look like tomorrow! ;)
So now I have a good reason for wanting to make my blog more summer-ish and warm…Today I have had plenty of time to play around in Blogger World because I am currently SNOWED IN. Yep, that’s right…it is SPRING and we have gotten more snow yesterday and today than we have all winter long. Craziness!! So ever since yesterday, we have been watching movies (Helllllo Twilight), reading, blog reading, and drinking and eating all kinds of hot stuff to warm up. I think we are past the worst of it. It has stopped snowing so now I must wait until it all melts away…and then MAYBE I can get some nice weather coming this way! And so as you could imagine, I was in desperate need of making my blog remind me that Summer will soon be on it’s way.
Now, onto my eats for lunch:
A lovely combo of baked tofu, a hummus wrap on a whole wheat tortilla, carrots and sugar snap peas.
Now I am ready for my afternoon snack, so I am off! Bye!
